Recent years have seen an explosion of convention and meeting venues in cities from coast to coast. Seemingly every small to mid-sized city believes that such a facility is the cure-all and the catalyst that will bring desired visitation and rejuvenation. While this is sometimes the case, at Pinnacle we hold firm in our belief that each development requires detailed analysis and due diligence, lest such a project become a burden on the developers and, in frequent cases, the taxpayers.
