About Pinnacle Realty Investments

The inception of Pinnacle Realty Investments was due in part to Pinnacle Advisory Group’s legacy of excellence in assisting clients to achieve their goals related to asset valuation, consulting, litigation support, and asset management. The hotel real estate division was conceived based on the principle that our existing clients sought a desire for our insight into the sale and financing of hotel real estate throughout the country. This division is comprised of experts in every field of the hospitality industry, including operations, brokerage, advisory, and financial capacities. As the sister company of Pinnacle Advisory Group, we are able to leverage their credibility and knowledge of markets on our client’s behalf. This combination of talents has strategically placed Pinnacle Realty Investments as a veritable partner to each of our clients due to the unrivaled experience and sound market knowledge that we possess nationwide. In 2005, Pinnacle Realty closed over $1.4 billion in lodging transactions.

Transactions:

Pinnacle Realty Investments has demonstrated that even the most complex transactions can be successfully completed through an effective sales process that ensures optimum results for our clients in both price and timing. PRI’s approach to the sales process is one of targeted marketing, rather than the highly ineffective flooding of the market with offerings. Mortage Captial:

Pinnacle Realty Investments has developed strong relationships with qualified lenders from $5 million to $150 million. We understand the terms under which these lenders work and can assist our clients in accomplishing the most difficult debt transactions.

Equity:

Pinnacle Realty Investments has created a qualified, relationship oriented database of Investment funds and Pension funds throughout the country that are willing and able to provide equity upwards of $150 million. This type of transaction requires the combined expertise of Pinnacle Realty Investments and Pinnacle Advisory Group; this is a competitive advantage that allows our firm to effectively analyze, structure, and provide trusted financial advisement in the pursuit of your defined equity goal.
