The hotel real estate division was conceived based on the principle that our existing clients sought a desire for our insight into the sale and financing of hotel real estate throughout the country. As the sister company of Pinnacle Advisory Group, we are able to leverage their credibility and knowledge of markets on our client’s behalf. This combination of talents has strategically placed Pinnacle Realty Investments as a veritable partner to each of our clients due to the unrivaled experience and sound market knowledge that we possess nationwide. In 2005, Pinnacle Realty closed over $1.4 billion in lodging transactions.
