Hotel valuation and feasibility analyses; adaptive re-use, redevelopment planning and disposition
studies for surplus public, corporate and institutional properties; residential condominium, rental
apartment and senior housing analyses for market rate and affordable projects;

Ms. McKinney has qualified as an expert witness in the Middlesex, Norfolk and Suffolk County
courts in Massachusetts as well as the Massachusetts Land Court, the Court of Chancery of the
State of Delaware and the federal bankruptcy and tax courts.
